Easy 3D Snowmen Cards
Today and tomorrow we are taking part in Pin It Canada - a Live Virtual event hosted on Facebook where crafters can come together for inspiration and to see some great craft supplies in action! We are going to be showing off a lot of great stuff, but our featured bundle is our 3D Snowmen Bundle - a kit that includes everything you need to make 10 cards. To help inspire you, we put together some tips on how to use 3D toppers to make super simple, but attractive cards.
Using the 3D toppers is as easy as 1,2,3!
- Apply foam pads to the second (medium) layer, lineup with the matching image on top of the bottom (largest) layer and attach.
- Apply foam pads to the top (smallest) layer, lineup with the matching image on top of the second layer and attach.
- Apply your constructed 3D topper to any card layout to add dimension and intrigue!
We know that everyone loves a glitter card during the holiday seasons, so to jazz up our cards a bit, we created some designs that include Cosmic Shimmer Glitter Kiss in Frosty Sparkle. This easy-to-apply medium is packed with shimmering glitter that adds a little something extra to your cards all year round.
Glitter Kiss Application
Create glittering highlights and backgrounds on any porous craft surface, just release the integral sponge by holding the top of the pot between finger and thumb and pull sideways. Prime the sponge before using by wetting with warm soapy water then press out the excess water. Dip the sponge into the product and apply in a circular motion to cover an entire area, or dab on to highlight details. Glitter Kiss can also be applied with your finger, cloth, paint brush, roller, splattered with a stiff brush, or even stamped!
Keep out of reach of children.
